Colour Vibrancy

Easy to Use

The DTF•Kit comes standard with a heated platen and adhesive surface for holding transfer films in place while heating the film during printing to eliminate white ink and colour bleeding
This heated platen was designed for transfer media to be printed without masking or gluing on the bed of your DTG. Once printed you simply apply the DTF•Kit TPU glue powder – it’s a fine grain powder that will stick to the white ink on your print – now just hover in a heat press until dry.
All you need to do now is place the transfer image onto your product and with a quick heat press you release the print directly to your product… your’re done!

Run your hands across a DTF•Kit print and you will instantly feel the difference. Once applied to a product, the DTF print has no raised edge or thick texture to it like other types of printing. The hand feel of a DTF print feels more like a direct print than a traditional transfer. And because DTF•Kit uses pigmented water based inks – it gives an incredibly strong bond to any surface while delivering a superior wash, stretch, rub and UV resistance.

It’s Fast

Traditional transfers, including 2 step papers are really designed for runs in low numbers – purely because it’s such a slow process costing many dollars per image. The DTF•Kit process can generate as many transfers as your DTG printer can print!, which equates to hundreds per hour at a fraction of the cost (especially if transfers are small for something like a backpack for example). Typically you add only a few cents to your standard ink cost – its fast, and by far the cheapest Industrial transfer that delivers superior wash, stretch. Rub and UV resistance to all fabric from vinyl, leather, polyester, cotton, canvas etc.

What’s in the DTF•KIT

Everything need to be up and running in minutes. The DTF•Kit package includes:

Heated Platen 45 x 32cm

Ultra thin at just 10mm so fits onto any brand of DTG printer standard shirt platens. Each heated platen has a digital thermostat to set correct temperatures. The heated platen also has an adhesive mat to hold film flat while printing.

DTF•Kit Cure Box

DTF oven for PET transfer curing. Melt DTF powder evenly without using a heat press. 100-150°C maximum temperature. Digital temperature controller and timer function. Set an audible alarm to remind you that your transfer is fully cured.

DTF•Kit shaker bottle and tray

This allows accurate TPU powder to be sprinkled evenly over the ink and any overspill is gathered in the tray. The tray has a spout for easy pouring back into you TPU bottle.

100 A3 + transfer film sheets (cold peel) Each film is coated specifically for use with DTG inks.
1Kg White TPU glue powder 
Packed in large mouth 1kg bottles allowing to keep your powder dry during storage.
